Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://efoilrentalssurfcity.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. South Shore 74 reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Services. South Shore 74 provides E-Foil Rentals, Private E-Foil Lessons, E-Foil Beginner Lessons, E-Foil Group Lessons, E-Foil Advanced Lessons and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://efoilrentalssurfcity.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of South Shore 74 or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

End of Use. South Shore 74 may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Limitation. In no event will South Shore 74's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Law and Venue. NC law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NC.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
